Very friendly service. I appreciated the fact that Custom Body Works Inc. had connections with the different insurance companies and rental car companies. You did most of the communications for me since you knew these people. As far as the work, I like the way the appraiser came out and took pictures of my car before the repairs and told me what needed to be fixed. I received daily emails on the progress, and I walked around the car when I picked it up. Kelly and Jamie were the best to work with, and I felt special working with them. My F150 looks new again.
