We found Custom Body Works of Hickory, who was able to design a work around. It was very evident they cared, and were dedicated to customer service. The receptionist (I think her name is Kelly) actually had to reschedule the appointment twice, because of his health issues. She did this with compassion, and kindness…always making sure he was comfortable and well enough to come in.

“Little late doing a review. Wanted to see if any problems arose before I posted. My wife wrecked her 2016 Elantra in March with $12000 damage. They were very thorough in their assessment and prompt on the timeline to complete the repair. After the repair they drove it to Paramount to have it inspected for the purpose of the manufacturer’s warranty to be completely honored through the remainder of the warranty. No aftermarket parts were used only OEM parts. When my wife picked up the car, the manager said for us to look the car over and if there was anything we were dissatisfied with let them know and they will take care of it. After examining we found two minor things and they fixed them. We would highly recommend to anyone who wants their repair to be done right to go see them.”
