Jeremy, family and staff, were some of the friendliest people I have ever dealt with. I was helping a handicap friend who just bought a van, find someone who could customize a door latch. We found Custom Body Works of Hickory, who was able to design a work around. It was very evident they cared, and were dedicated to customer service. No matter how unusual the job Jeremy, wanted to make sure the job was done, and safe for my friend to drive. Just by the folks at Custom, being attentive and understanding, my friend can now operate and drive his new van securely and independently with confidence. The receptionist (I think her name is Kelly) actually had to reschedule the appointment twice, because of his health issues. She did this with compassion, and kindness...always making sure he was comfortable and well enough to come in.

I just wanted to say thanks, and let people know this is the type place I want my wife, friends, and family to go....again Custom Body Works CARES!!

Little late doing a review. Wanted to see if any problems arose before I posted. My wife wrecked her 2016 Elantra in March with $12000 damage. They were very thorough in their assessment and prompt on the timeline to complete the repair. After the repair they drove it to Paramount to have it inspected for the purpose of the manufacturer’s warranty to be completely honored through the remainder of the warranty. No aftermarket parts were used only OEM parts. When my wife picked up the car, the manager said for us to look the car over and if there was anything we were dissatisfied with let them know and they will take care of it. After examining we found two minor things and they fixed them. We would highly recommend to anyone who wants their repair to be done right to go see them.
